Ex-Amish Construction was founded by tradesmen who grew up building — not as a career choice, but as a way of life. Raised in the Amish tradition, our founders learned carpentry, framing, and finish work from the ground up, the old-fashioned way: by doing it, every day, with high standards and no shortcuts.
When they left the community and started their own company, they brought those standards with them. The tools changed. The trucks got bigger. But the work ethic and the commitment to quality stayed exactly the same.
Today, Ex-Amish Construction is a fully licensed and insured general contracting company based in Conneaut, Ohio. We serve homeowners and property owners across Ashtabula, Crawford, and Erie Counties — building decks, remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, putting up pole barns, adding on to homes, and replacing roofs.
We're a small, tight-knit crew. You'll deal directly with the owner, get a straight answer on every question, and see the same faces on your job site from day one to completion.
